      + - Do you ship orders on weekends?

      As USPS postal service is inoperative on Sundays and Bongkingdom is also officially close on Saturdays and Sundays; we only ship orders during the weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday

      You can expect the delivery in 2-5 business days from the day your order is shipped. Weekends are not calculated in the business days

      + - How can I check if my order has been shipped?

      Keep a check on your order’s status. If the status is “Awaiting” it is under process, if the order is shipped the status will be “Shipped”

      + - What to do if I am unavailable for delivery?

      In case you are unavailable for delivery, notify your local USPS ahead of time so they can hold your package at your local facility for pickup.

      + - How do I track my order?

      In Account setting, click on the “Track your order” and input the tracking ID. It will show you the status of your order

      Refund Policy

      + - What is the refund policy?

      In case you wish to return the product for some reason, it can be done within 2 days of receiving the order. Also, ensure the product is unused. Applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount

      + - When will refund appear in my account?

      Refund will appear in your account in next 2-4 business days after the refund is issued depending upon your bank policy

      + - Does return policy is applicable on used products?

      No, the refund policy isn’t applicable on used products. In order to receive the refund, keep the product unused.

      + - Is product description accurate for all products?

      Our products are crafted by our human artist and hence, it is unlikely that description may vary. However, minimal changes in color, size or dimension is aesthetic and will not affect its functioning

      + - What to do if product received is damaged or wrong?

      If the product received is wrong, you may apply for a return within 2 days of receiving the order. Though it is not probable that you receive a damaged product, in such a situation click a picture of the same as a proof and mail it to us on for the refund to get approved

      + - How often you restock your products?

      When the products are low on the quantity, we deliberately place the order to restock our inventory followed by quality check for assured products

      + - What if I want a sold-out product?

      Next to “SOLD OUT” button click on “Notify me when the product is back in stock” and enter your email ID. As soon as the product is back in stock you will be notified
